Boom Stand Adapters
Mount Stereo Microscopes and Cameras to Boom Stands
Stereo microscopes without bonder dowels can be mounted to SPOT Imaging Solutions' boom stands with the use of an adapter. Adapters are available in tilting versions that enable the microscope to be tilted ergonomically, and in less expensive non-tilting versions. The tilting versions include a lever handle so that the position can be locked down without tools, and the tilting friction is adjustable.
Adapters are also available to mount cameras with 1/4"-20 threaded holes directly to SPOT Imaging Solutions' boom stands without a stereo microscope.
All boom stand adapters include two safety stops to secure the stereo microscope. They are made with anodized aluminum and stainless steel for long lasting support.
