MetaMorph Software's flexibility and versatility make it a powerful system for performing operations such as cell counting and 3D reconstruction, and for making measurements such as morphometry, colocalization and brightness. Some of the available MetaMorph Software packages include:

• MetaMorph Premier Software- MetaMorph Premier Software is the ultimate package, combining advanced image acquisition, processing, and analysis tools for maximum power and flexibility. Includes tools for multidimensional imaging, fluorescence overlays, colocalization, image stitching, slide scanning, motion analysis, particle tracking and more. A common set of device drivers is included for controlling automated microscopes and peripheral hardware. Camera driver must be specified separately.
• MetaMorph Basic Software- MetaMorph Basic Offline Software includes all of the processing and analysis capabilities of MetaMorph Basic, without external device control. May be upgraded to Basic acquisition or MetaMorph Premier Software.
• MetaFluor ™ Software- MetaFluor is designed for live-cell fluorescence ratio imaging.

SPOT Imaging Solutions has partnered with Molecular Devices Corporation to develop a custom acquisition option for SPOT cameras, but acquisition options for other manufacturers' cameras are also available.
